Only tried one lounge so far, so this review is based on only one experience. The lounge was crowded, I was sweating because the temperature was warm, it didn’t feel very clean, only tiny water bottles (that’s all I drink) that we had to go keep asking for more, noisy (so many people talking/FaceTime on phones), felt like food was rationed and hunger didn’t feel satisfied after leaving. Disappointed with guest fee of $32, it’s better suited for people that drink a lot of alcohol to get money’s worth.

In general the experience are good , but each time means spend more time in line to access to the lounge, more crowded, choosing what it remains to eat.

The lounges I have visited have been of excellent quality.

The access is sometimes not available if the airport is busy. The major US cities are far and few in between.

The lounge we used in IST had limited stuff. It was more of an economy lounge, if one existed.

Middle Class food. Practically NO SERVICE

There are no lounges available at LAX. Priority pass to totally useless to me. I’m furious I’m paying for this through my credit card.

Using your timely email about renewal I was able to enter a crowded tho well run lounge in San Diego, Great food. I wish a proper lounge(s) could be arranged in JFK.

Service at the bar was great! Drinks and snacks were tasty and front desk greeting was cordial and professional.

I visited the lounge Guadalajara Airport and it was not up to par. Lounge was way overcrowded and could not find an area for 3 people to sit down. Once we did. It took about 30 mins to get cleaned up. I asked 5 different people for help and no one would take action. Food was subpar.

Unclear or inconsistent rules applied at the different lounges globally which could result in an overcharge for guests. Really full lounges at most European airports resulting in either being turned down as quotas reached or a really poor experience finding a seat. Overall selection of food and drink option is on par with airlines lounges.

It is always a welcoming and caring experience. It helps me relax and prepare for flight.
